A day later & another birthday cake, this time I am making a coffee & walnut cake for my Grandma who I love very much!!
cake
225g margerine
225g caster sugar
4 large eggs
50ml strong espresso coffee
225g SR flour 
75g walnuts
- buttercream
 - 125g unsalted butter
 - 50g cream cheese
 - 200g icing sugar
 - 50ml/2fl oz strong espresso coffee
 - ground walnut to decorate
