Birthday Cake for My Big Brother

My brother loves the Lone Ranger so me & Daddy are making him a Lone Ranger cake for his Birthday.

Vanilla Cupcakes

Makes 12 -

110g Marg
100g Caster Sugar
125g Golden Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
150g Self-Raising flour
125g Plain Flour
150ml Skimmed Milk
1tbsp Oil
1tsp Vanilla Extract

Measure margerine,

& sugar.

Put them together,

& beat,

for a few minutes,

until pale.

Crack the eggs & give a lil whisk.

Measure the milk & vanilla.

& sift the flour with the salt.

Measure

Beat in 1/3 flour into the butter, followed by 1/3 milk. Repeat until all combined. Pour into cases & cook on Gas 5 for 25 mins.

We are going to decorate the cupcakes,

with fondant sheriff badges.
